Standing 150 metres tall, the Dubai Frame is exactly what it sounds like — a giant picture frame positioned to give visitors a view of both old and new Dubai from the same spot. From the glass-floored Sky Deck at the top, one side looks out over the historic, low-rise neighbourhoods near Zabeel Park, while the other looks toward the towers of Downtown Dubai and beyond.
Inside, the visitor journey includes exhibits on Dubai's past and a look at future plans for the city, before opening onto the observation deck itself. The glass floor section is a highlight for many visitors, offering a clear view straight down.
